Filthy Rich

Created during my stint at the helm of Sweetleaf Cocktails, in Queens. It’s a Manhattan variation that manages to be dry and rich at the same time.

• 1 Rye Whiskey

• 1 Dry Vermouth

• ½ Benedictine

• ½ Cynar

Stirred and served up with a lemon twist.
