Away Colors
One of the first new drinks I created at Lion Lion after we opened. The name is taken from Association Football (known to Americans as soccer), of which I am a huge fan. A team’s “Away Colors” is the uniform they wear when playing away from home.
2 Barrel Aged Rum
½ Fernet Branca
½ Giffard Banane de Brésil
Built in the glass and stirred on the rocks, with an orange twist.
